Justin Bibb is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of the Morris Strategy Group where he leads clients in maximizing their potential through strategic planning in areas related to finance, urbanization and policy analysis. He is also a Senior Advisor at Gallup Inc. where he advises the company on its strategy related to entrepreneurship and urban economic development.
Previously, Justin served as Director of Business Strategy and Development for kgb Inc., the world’s largest provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services, where he was charged with developing partnerships and providing strategic analysis to expand kgb’s business portfolio. He also served as Special Assistant to the County Executive for Cuyahoga County, where he was responsible for implementing strategies to advance education reform and economic competitiveness for Ohio’s largest county.
Justin has been a speaker at the Aspen Ideas Festival, TEDxCLE, and the World Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from American University and the London School of Economics and is currently pursuing his J.D./M.B.A. at Case Western Reserve University.
Ian T. Brown, Managing Consultant
Ian T. Brown is Co-Founder of and Managing Consultant of the Morris Strategy Group. Ian has built an extensive career advising leaders in the public and private sector. Currently, Ian works on economic and multilateral issues in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and has held official posts in San Salvador, El Salvador; Port Louis, Mauritius; and Washington, DC. Previously, Ian was a Consultant and Analyst for Gallup Inc., where he helped lead Gallup’s entry into the social sector consulting market. While at Gallup, Ian published over 70 works on public-opinion issues related to the economy, community development, and foreign affairs. He has also been a featured speaker on issues of urban sustainability and development, including at the New York Academy of Sciences.
Ian holds a B.A. in both History and Italian from the University of Texas at Austin, and received a Fulbright Fellowship following his undergraduate studies to conduct research in Naples, Italy. He later went on to earn his M.P. Aff. from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, where he co-authored a study on community change in East Austin.
Adedayo Aderibigbe, Chief Operating Officer
Adedayo Aderibigbe is Chief Operating Officer of the Morris Strategy Group where he focuses on managing organizational development, internal processes, and strategic initiatives.
Adedayo has most recently worked at Google, where he managed operational initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction globally for core Google products. Additionally, Adedayo also has international business experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as a Pre – MBA Summer Associate he helped an American shipbuilding manufacturer and a global private equity firm evaluate a potential international expansion to the Korean shipbuilding market.
Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Adedayo built an extensive career as a Senior Business Analyst for Accenture where he advised senior leaders in the public and private sector. Currently, Adedayo is pursuing his M.B.A. at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania where he majors in Marketing and Operations and also holds a B.A. in from Duke University in International Business.
Forrest Moore, Consultant
Forrest Moore, Ph.D., currently serves as a Consultant to the Morris Strategy Group. In this capacity, Dr. Moore leads the solution architecture, research, and evaluation efforts of all major client engagements. Dr. Moore has held a distinguished career in education and community development. Previously he served as the Executive Vice President of Knowledge Management & Community Engagement for Americas Promise Alliance where he led the organizations efforts to engage business and community leaders to support the Alliance’s Grad Nation Campaign including Grad Nation Communities and 100 Best Communities for Young people. Additionally, Dr. Moore served as Deputy Chief of Research of Evaluation and Accountability for Chicago Public Schools where developed and managed the department’s research agenda.
Dr. Moore received his B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, an M.B.A from Illinois State University, and his Ph.D., in Research Methodology from the Loyola – University, of Chicago.
Garrett Brinker, Consultant
Garrett Brinker is a Consultant at the Morris Strategy Group, where he specializes in public policy development, political and economic research, and community engagement.
He recently was a co-author on a retrospective analysis of the Energy Independence and Security Act while working at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. While in graduate school he also interned at the White House Office of Digital Strategy. Previously, he served as the Director of Undergraduate Outreach for the University of Chicago Office of College Admissions, leading a creative team, overseeing the strategic management process, and directing external partnerships. He also has prior experience on national and local political campaigns, in clinical health research, and in urban policy as a research analyst for the University of Chicago Crime Lab, which has influenced the Obama Administration's "My Brother's Keeper" initiative.
Garrett received his B.A. in political science from the University of Chicago and his M.P.P. from Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, where he focused on quantitative research methods, energy policy, and political strategy.
David Yourgrau, Consultant
David Yourgrau is a Consultant at the Morris Strategy Group, and currently serves as the Associate Director at Startup Institute NYC.
Prior to MSG David worked as an East Coast Account Executive for Adaptly where he expanded strategic partnerships and grew revenue. David partnered with major tech companies such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter to build a sales incubation pipeline of over $10 million per year with Fortune 100 and 500 clients.
David also helped develop Sales and Marketing strategies for two fast growing tech companies companies, Truly Wireless and LevelUp. At Truly Wireless David was brought in by the founder, and successfully installed their current sales organizations, identified the proper market fit and product messaging. Within two months of starting, David's strategy helped the company gain penetration into its first two enterprise clients. At LevelUp David was in charge of the product launching in Atlanta. He managed, trained and assisted in the hiring of the team, all while being a top 5% performer in sales nationally. David oversaw all aspects of the ecosystem including, sales, operations, consumer and customer acquisition, and marketing, leading to the Atlanta market being one of the highest performing areas in the country.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics with a concentration in philosophy from Ursinus College.
Reid Gobieski, Research Intern
Reid Gobieski is a Research Intern for the Morris Strategy Group. He has experience in various academic areas, including calculus, computer science, European history, American literature, and Spanish, and although his skill set is broad, his interests lie in the legal and financial fields. In the past, he worked as a research assistant at the law firm of Milano, Pasch, and Medici and as a campaign volunteer for Counselor James Pasch and current Ohio Democratic Party Chairman David Pepper.
In addition, Reid has developed interests in finance, international relations, and languages such as Spanish and Java. He currently is the President of Beachwood’s Stock Club and Model United Nations Teams. Besides law and finance, Reid finds enjoyment in practicing violin, playing tennis, and writing for Beachwood’s student newspaper, the Beachcomber.
